Lumiere Rooms is 750 metres from Piazza Garibaldi. Piazza Garibaldi is a recently renovated square and from here start the two shopping streets. Bissenti Rooms is 950 metres from Piazza Garibaldi.
As far as the beach is concerned, the nearest is Il Poetto; the 3p bus leaves from fronte Lumiere Rooms and arrives straight at Poetto in 10 minutes.
The other beaches are easily reached by ARST buses, the nearest bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the facilities.
Not all guests use cars and can easily move to Villasimius, Chia, Costa Rei by transport.
Bissenti Rooms offers its guests a private car park.
Lumiere Rooms has no private parking, you can park on the street, where there are free and paid parking spaces (paid only from 9 to 20).
A few steps from our hotel there are two pay car parks: the multi-storey car park in Via Manzoni, which has a price of 5 € per 24 hours and the Porta Nuova car park, also 5 € per 24 hours.
We do not provide a breakfast service, but we do give our guests a discount voucher for an excellent breakfast at our partner bakery “La dolce vita”, a short walk from both buildings.
Yes, there are good restaurants nearby and two pharmacies, one close to Bissenti and one just a stone’s throw from Lumiere Rooms.
The San Benedetto market is a stone’s throw away, as are two supermarkets.
We currently have active agreements with a luxury pastry shop that is very popular with our guests.
The columns are all located in Via Roma.
Check-in starts at 14:30 at Bissenti Rooms and check-out is 9:30/10:00.
Check-in at Lumiere Rooms starts at 15:00 and check-out by 10:00.
Check-in times vary according to availability, so if the guest asks us for an early check-in and the room is ready we will gladly meet the request, almost always for free!
Regarding late check-out: this is subject to availability. It costs between €10 and €25.
We love animals, but unfortunately we have had unpleasant experiences with guests with animals in tow, so we have chosen to no longer meet this requirement.
Yes, each room has a private bathroom.
Bissenti Rooms has only one room with an external bathroom, while at Lumiere Rooms all rooms have a private bathroom inside the room.
Yes, in the Lumiere Rooms there is a coffee machine with coffee pods. At the Bissenti Rooms and Approdo Rooms there is a coffee machine in the common area.
